I believe this photo was the most unethical because the person who decided to manipulate the photo (photo on the left) thought it would be better to make the woman look much more slimmer on her face and her waist so she can fit into our society's representation of what woman should supposedly look like. Which is very un-natural because the right photo (original photo) shows the women for her true self instead of the left photo (which is the edited version) is not because it was manipulated. The left photo is completely altered, the color of her outfit, her waist size, face shape, her skin color have all been altered just so it could look presentable to others.
