I believe this photo is the least unethical because the creators of TIME magazine just added shadows to the photo just to make it look more dark and menacing since OJ Simpson was accused of murder. Which is understandable since it is not a pleasing act to do. But Newsweek used his original mugshot that they took since he was heading to prison for doing murder. Which is why I believe this is the least unethical photo I've seen.
